Korcsmáros, Adam

Adam Korcsmáros is a doctoral candidate at the Institute of Art History of the Art Research Centre of the Slovak Academy of Sciences and at the Department of History and Theory of Art of the Faculty of Philosophy and Arts of Trnava University. He is a lecturer at the Department of History and Theory of Art at the Academy of Fine Arts in Bratislava. He holds a Master’s degree in History and Theory of Art from the University of Trnava (2020), and he previously attended the Faculty of Architecture at ČVUT, Prague. He has worked in various gallery positions (for example, Kunsthalle Bratislava and Gandy Gallery). His research focuses on the history and theory of architecture with an emphasis on the twentieth century. Within his professional, publishing and teaching activities he focuses mainly on the history and theory of architecture of the Slovak Republic.
