Diana Plachendovskaya is a PhD candidate and a lecturer at the School of Advanced Studies in the Social Sciences (EHESS) in Paris.
She graduated in history of art at the Sorbonne University in 2020, and in art studies at the EHESS in 2021.
She currently works on the politics of adornment through a case study on the fashion jewellery made by the French communist writer Elsa Triolet between 1929 and 1932.
